Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or discounted items
- Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
