1. When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. UK deliveries usually take 2–5 business days after dispatch. International orders can take up to 15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will appear in your order details. You can follow that link to check the latest delivery updates.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make a change, please do so as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, we can’t make any edits or cancellations.
4. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive an item that’s damaged or not what you ordered, simply keep it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll be able to arrange a return or replacement after review.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Yes, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet our return conditions.
